These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Malmont Industries, doing business as BYONDR (“BYONDR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://www.byondr.io and any related media, mobile applications, platforms, or content (collectively, the “Site”).
By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site.

You retain ownership of your original Contributions, but by submitting them to BYONDR, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt them, including in derivative works and promotional materials.

You grant BYONDR the right to publish your submissions (with attribution where possible)
We may edit or remove submissions that violate our standards or these Terms.
If you submit content to BYONDR for potential publication, syndication, or monetization, including through our submission form, you will be required to accept the terms of a separate Content Licensing Agreement. That agreement governs ownership, rights granted to BYONDR, potential revenue share, and other terms specific to your submission. The Content Licensing Agreement is legally binding and may supersede these Terms where conflicts arise.
All BYONDR original content, including design, code, articles, illustrations, and audiovisual material, is the intellectual property of BYONDR or its licensors. Use of Site content is permitted for personal, non-commercial use only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Site may link to or republish third-party material. BYONDR does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of external content. Use of third-party content or websites is at your own risk.
If you create an account on BYONDR, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain its security. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
BYONDR is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any errors, outages, viruses, or inaccuracies in Site content or performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BYONDR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability shall not exceed $5,000 USD or the amount you paid us (if any) in the last six months.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under AAA rules. Class actions are prohibited. Exceptions apply for IP disputes or violations requiring injunctive relief.
