I thought I knew what sarcasm was. I was wrong. I am a better person for having taken the time to read a deceased man’s work. I skipped a bit. Its a really long book. (????) Have pity on the slow reader.
Amazon Customer –
Charles Fort is the master of wit and sarcasm: the best treatment for mainstream paradigms. He puts to rest the notion that science can explain the world. Not even close. The unexplained far outweighs the explained a hundred fold and you can find it all here in the most entertaining and captivating presentation possible.
Paul Gustafson –
Very concise. I really like his investigative work on things not well understood. Intriguing read
Terence Kuch –
I won’t address the merits of Charles Fort’s writings on strange natural phenomena that might, or might not, have unearthly causes; readers will relish it or not. But this particular edition, although reproducing Fort’s published books (not really the complete writings, much of which appeared after his death in Fortean Society publications), uses small print, narrow margins, and cramped typography, making it tedious to read more than a page or two at a time. This publishing approach was, I would suppose, aimed at bringing a book to market at the lowest possible price. However, legibility suffers.

I know most of what is in the book, but it’s a good reference
Adrian Charec –
Very interesting. Makes you wonder… if only half of them are real, and they look pretty genuine to me… how many thing we ignore and pass them by, in our run.
The Jewelry Lady –
Awesome

I bought this book expecting it to be a complete work of Charles Fort. It is not. Is is missing the beginning pages and the index in the back. You cannot use this book without a complete index as Fort provided. Very difficult to read. Don’t waste your money.
