The HT-18+ is a great value for a thermal camera with decent resolution. I use it for home inspection and electronics testing. The design is much more robust than the add-on to your phone type and easier to handle as well. The user interface is well designed however could use a few tweaks regarding how the image hold function button works. Overall I find the camera very useful and affordable. the case is very well made and fits perfectly. Highly recommended product as nothing out there in this price segment that comes close.

I evaluated 5 other thermal cameras costing under $330 and found this to give the best and most consistent images, even better than the FLIR cameras for smartphones. The FLIR used with an iPad gave the biggest but not clearest picture.The application I selected this camera for is to examine automobile wiring. The shape and size of the camera makes it handier and easier to use than using smartphone-attached thermal cameras. Also, some hand-held cameras like this one took time-outs to refresh the image every ten seconds, often taking 2-3 seconds between views each time it refreshed.However, this camera gives a constant image with no time-outs, and has a very efficient interface; to take a picture of the image, you click the trigger twice and the image is stored, ready for download to a laptop or desktop system. Handy and effective, I chose this one for use with my new invention.This camera delivers the bang per buck in the $330 and under category.

This Hti Thermal Imaging Camera is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST thermal imaging camera that I have ever used! For the low price I would have to say that the display is as resolute as the highest end imager on the market; and accuracy in measurements and other high end features include a rugged case with a belt clip and the optional carrying strap!! I highly recommend this product to anyone, even those who just have an avid curiosity about this technology.

This thermal camera works very well. It has a great image quality and good battery life. The different color schemes are very helpful, and the phasing of real image with thermal image works very well too.

I got this on sale so for the price it’s pretty good. I don’t care for the picture quality and the boot time is slow. I wish I bought FLIR but this will do the job.

From literal hunting to watching sci-fi the thought of thermal imaging was always fascinating. I didn’t want to buy cheap nor expensive. This was surprisingly simple to use and extremely effective! Didn’t even need to do anything other than give it a full charge before turning on. All I had to do was hold a button and bam I was weening like the predator! ????

Funziona bene al pari di termocamere molto più costose. Da valutare ora la durata nel tempo ma per adesso sono veramente soddisfatta. Unica pecca è che le istruzioni del funzionamento sono solo in inglese.
