So, as mentioned in the title.. A few years ago I (33F) was living in a shared apartment with 2 guys. My room was the smallest but I liked it. Our apartment was on a canal, so I saw the water underneath my window. Very pretty place in Hamburg, Germany. The house was from 1910.
My partner stayed the night sometimes, and in 2 or 3 occasion, she woke up and saw me standing with my jacket on, benie, like I was ready to leave for work. She saw me completely from the back, and felt like I was very very angry, like by calling me I would be mad. The thing is that she said she did not blink and looked next to her and there I was. Sleeping! Afterwards the "standing me" disappeared.
She was pretty scared of the situation. And i was kinda too. I m a pretty sensitive person to paranormal. My twin sister and I have kinda gifts on this side. But something like this experience is completely out of my world.
Help? Any idea?

P.s. my partner does not drink, was fully awake and had no hallucinations. She is a helathy person. My twin sister looks different than me, and lives in another Country in Europe.
