Among all authors who wrote about it and cryptozoologists, who do you think are the most legit, grounded and believable ones?/u/_bismark_Cryptozoology

Straightforward question regarding not only cryptozoologists, but also authors interested in the field. I personally would pick Bernard Heuvelman (No need to explain why) and Linda Godfrey (Her book about the Beast of Bray Road is a great piece of journalism. I love how she doesn't rule out any possibility and just focuses on the impact of all the happenings in a small town like Elkhorn). What about you?
