I’ve never had it before so not sure if I just experienced it or not. I woke up in the middle of the night to a woman crying loudly in my room but I couldn’t turn to see who was there because I realized I couldn’t move and was laying on my side facing away from the noise. I could breathe fine and was awake, I even thought to myself that I must be having sleep paralysis and that it was inconvenient at that moment because I couldn’t protect myself from whatever was in my room with me. Anyway, I felt a weight on my mattress from whoever was crying sitting down at the foot of my bed where they sat and just cried for a very long time until I eventually fell back asleep and woke up again to no one there. Is this sleep paralysis? If anyone wants to share their own stories that would be cool too! Thanks
