So there has currently been two instances where I have seen this specific figure. The way I would describe him is what he wears is almost exactly what the hugh Jackman Van Helsing character wears. I only see him while driving, but once was in the day and the other was at night. Both places were far from each other. I don't experience paranormal things at home, but I do always feel watched outside at work during my night shift. I don't get bad feeling about this thing, but it's more of a who is it.
