For the last 3 months there has been a cat coming to my house and screaming/meowing under the closest window of where I am. We have about 15 cats in the neighbourhood that i know of. In my 10 years of living here this has never happened before. Every night at around 10 pm a cat comes to my window and meows. My parents say that when i am away, they don't hear it, because it is usually pretty loud. Sometimes its normal feline to human meowing communication, sometimes its saddened wallowing, and sometimes its a mating call. In the 2 weeks or so the frequency of visits and stays has gone up, sometimes it stays here until 2-3 am meowing in intervals and the sounds started to become distorted. Like its something trying to imitate a cat. Its more of a infant scream mixed with meowing. Its varies from day to day. I know almost every cat in the neighbourhood, their owners, their patterns and there is not one cat that fits this description. I have 2 new candidates. One is a normal tabby cat that i presume is the new neighbours' cat. I see it in daylight or night time and it seems pretty normal. But the other i have seen only once at 4 am when i woke up for work. It was at the end of the parking infront of the house. And when i when to look at it, it was gone. I haven't had a good look at it and i haven't seen it ever before. Also worth noting that everytime i go outside after it starts meowing to maybe have a contact with it, it is never there. I haven't yet decided to go out to have a full blown search for it with a flaslight and an exploring spirit as i am quite concerned as to what or who it might be. Does anyone have any idea as to what or why its happening to me? I haven't had any contact with any practitioners of supernatural nor with any kind of paranormal activity as far as i know.
