Im not one to believe in ghosts, as before this i cant say ive ever experienced anything paranormal, but I moved recently and some weird but very minor stuff keeps happening.
For context on my new apartment, it is part of a duplex apartment thing that sits on top of a three car garage in the backyard of my landlords house. The property is very old, i wanna say the main house was built anywhere in the 40s/50s, same goes for the apartment. The apartment attached to mine is to the left of mine, whereas my front door is to the right of the apartment, and their front door is to the left of theirs.
So ever since i moved in, there have been these very unexplainable noises. Like i hear someone knock on my front door quite frequently, and i know it isnt coming from my neighbors bc its too loud and clear, and it comes from the right side of my apartment. I also hear foot steps walk through my apartment to the bathroom, which once again is too loud and clear to have been my neighbors.
Another time the cage door on my cats cage slammed shut and rattled super loud. The cage is elevated on a shelf and the cats cant get to it (they were also next to me when this happened)
The most recent occurance, and quite honestly the weirdest is when in the middle of the night, i heard my front door slam shut, and footsteps walk across my floor. I know for a fact it was my door and not my neighbors because my door gets caught so u have to slam it to get it open or closed. Plus it sounded like i was in the same room as it.
My cats also look up to the ceiling a lot these days and randomly get distracted by nothing out in the living room as well.
Idk where i was going w this. Just wanted somewhere to share these weird occurances.
