My sister has been experiencing some weird things happening in her home for the last 6 months. Just for a quick example of some of the things that have happened, she hears footsteps throughout the house at night (it never has scared her, she's not really freaked out by stuff like that), and few different things have happened once like something fell off the kitchen counter, the baby's toys started going off in the play room by itself, the laundry door opened by itself, knocks on the walls, etc.. but over the last month, things have started to escalate. Last night her and her husband were watching TV and heard a loud shushing (shhhhh with a whistle sound in it, that's the only way she can explain it), so she got up to go check on the kids and when she was walking down the hallway to go back to her room she heard the same shhhhh noise except it was right in her ear and she said she literally felt it. Any advice or theories on what could be going on? She says nothing has been really scary, like she hasn't had bad feelings about anything else that had happened until last night.
