my dad’s birthday was yesterday and this morning- at around 5am, he received a call from an unknown number. he didn’t answer it but when he listened to the voicemail later in the day it was his mom telling him she loved him and that she was doing better (she died from cancer). now usually i’d think it was some scam or prank, but the voice was COMPLETELY identical to hers, sounded nothing like AI, and spoke exactly the way she did. it even referred to him as the nickname she’d call him. neither of us know how to explain it. it was the oddest thing. is there any explanation for this??
