(This is an old creepy story that my friends told me when I was in early middle school. Sorry if there are some grammar and spelling mistakes. my first language is not english.)
Temuunbileg Enkhbayar was an unidentified serial killer who was active in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia during the autumn of 2000-2004.
In both criminal case files and contemporaneous journalistic accounts, the killer was referred to as the [REDACTED] or [REDACTED] in their native language. Attacks attributed to [REDACTED] typically involved young males who lived and worked in the slums of Ulaanbaatar. Their throats were cut before abdominal mutilations took place. The removal of internal organs from at least three of the victims led to speculation that their killer had some anatomical or surgical knowledge. Rumours that the murders were connected and intensified in November 2002, and numerous letters were received by media outlets.
It was speculated that [REDACTED] was abused by their parents and family members, but it is not fully confirmed. The early life of the killer is still a mystery and remains an ongoing case. There are three confirmed murders by [REDACTED] , but it is unclear whether there were more. The first victim was in 2000, a 10-year-old boy named DulguunBayar who was short and wore glasses. He was lobotomized and had his throat cut. The second murder was in 2002, another 10-year-old boy named Davaajamts who was tall and stubby. He was tied up and had his eyes ripped out. The last one was in the winter of 2004, a 12-year-old boy named Tsolmonsondor who was tall and skinny. His heart was surgically removed, and he was left dead in the cold Mongolian night.
(This is one of my friends story) When I was seven years old, I saw a strange man standing near my house. He was blurry, but I could see his disturbing face. I took a picture of him with a camera that my father had given me on my birthday.)
