When I was about 12, I was home alone for a few hours. I went to the toilet upstairs and after few minutes I heard the entrance door open and close, after that I heard weird, really heavy but extremely fast footsteps rushing up the stairs. I thoutght to myself that my parents must have gotten home and at the same time got the odd feeling but didn't think much of it, so i said that the room is taken. The footsteps then stopped in front of me, outside the door and started to scratch it, you could hear those pointy nails cutting into the wooden door. Thankfully I was already sitting on a toilet as I literally took a shit. Frozen in fear with every hair on my body standing up, heard those heavy, fast footsteps go to another room closing the doors behind and just fading away. I went to investigate but noone was there, neither was a single scratch mark seen on the door. When I asked my family who was pranking me, after some time, they just looked at me like I was crazy. Then my grandma said I heard death and that someone will die soon. Guess she was right, as she passed away not long after.
