Earlier tonight I left my house for the first time since yesterday evening. Once I left the steps of my house there was an overwhelming scent of rotting flesh. I had a very odd feeling rush over me as if I needed to get out of there, I didn’t even close my car door the entire way because I was trying to leave as soon as I could. I live in the middle of nowhere and have had these strange feelings pass over me before since I’ve been here. But I have never been a paranoid person. The strangest part to me was that there was no scent of dead animal the previous day. Am I overreacting? If not, what should I do?
