Last year (2022 August) I went on a trip to Alton Towers with my Ma. It was for my 17th birthday and through we didn't stay long due to medical reasons, I'd like to think we had fun.
However, whilst clearing out the photos on my phone, I found the photos taken from that trip. I remember most of the photos being taken (some looked completle unfamiliar, especially the one photo taken in the Smiler line with 'her' as she made a point the day before hand to stay clear of the ride due to the incident a few years prior, and so we did) and though I was definitely there, my ma was not. There was a person there, a lady that took her place on each one, even the ride photos, but not her. It doesn't even look like her. At the time, Ma was brown medium hair, heavy makeup and jewellery on. The lady in the photo had short blonde hair and very pale. I've showed this to others in my family and they all say that that is definitely my ma, but I showed it to a friend and they said it was a random person.
I'm not too sure what's going on here but I'd just like some sort of explanation.
