Is the hachishakusama real? bc I saw her in my dreams and now I can’t sleep for the past 3 days/u/AutoMonkey5

iF yall don know what it is, its basically a japanese "creepypasta" about slenderwomen who abducts children after stalking them, and if u see her you'll die within a few days unlesss you do some sort of ritual with salt and a buddha statue + ancient japanese texts (which i dont have) This may be a low effort post but i get spooked up over paranormal related things, I saw her in my lucid nightmare 3 days ago and Im deadass terrified because if u see her it means u have only a few days left to live. For context, she was following me throughout the dream and looked exactly like she was described, but there was no "po" noise. Now I'm 16 and live in the united states and she only goes after ages 9-11 and lives in Japan. Either way I always feel like something is watching me and keep mistaking footsteps or my fan running as her "po" noise and its seriously riling me up to the point where im too scared to walk home from school alone and wake up in the middle of the night staring to make sure she doesnt enter. Am I going delusional or is this true?
