i know it sounds silly but i've been getting random bruises on my body. i sensed that something was in my room for a year now. i havent experienced paranormal activity until last year. last year, i found a scratch on my thigh when i went to to take a shower. i also found these red marks that are bumpy. idk if that is part of it but i became paranoid. please someone help me out.
