Okay so when I was 30 weeks pregnant, I worked at a preschool. Only women worked there, and parents were not allowed to drop off after 10am, or pick up after 10am unless we were notified. I was in a room with two other teachers, both young girls. It was nap time (about 2:00pm), so all of our children were sleeping. All of a sudden, I heard a loud adult male voice say my name. I could tell they both heard it, because they looked to the corner of the room where the voice came from. I looked at the two other girls in the room, and they looked at me. I whispered “Did one of you say my name?” They shook their heads and we all got scared. There were no adult males in the preschool, or outside of it. I immediately went to the director, and asked her if she was aware of any men in the preschool. She said no, but that we do have cameras in which you can speak through. After parents came and went after pickup and all of the students were gone, the two other girls and I spoke with the director and asked if she could talk through the camera (in case she was messing with us). She talked through the camera, and it sounded mechanical and not very clear. The voice we had heard was very clear and audible, and as I said, it sounded like my dad. My dad is very much alive and well, but he worked a town over and was nowhere near my job. I tried to shake it off and pretend it never happened, and I hadn’t talked about it since but I still think about this. Anyone had similar experiences?? I was terrified and the fact that two other girls heard this voice as well made it all the more real! I’d never experienced something like this!
