Not sure how to even explain this but I’ll try my best./u/fairybee222

So for probably 2 years now before I go to sleep I get a huge twitch and shiver up my spine that makes my entire back bend in, it can happen multiple times and it usually starts with a little shiver on my shoulders, it doesn’t matter where I’m sleeping or what house it happens anywhere.

So just 10 minutes ago I wanted a nap as I was drifting asleep I was still partly awake but I felt the normal shiver on my shoulders instead this time it was a literal intense grab to both of my shoulders followed by it dragging me to the other side of my bed and I couldn’t move I was stuck almost like a sleep paralysis state.thankfully I snapped out of it somehow and I “woke up” even though I wasn’t really sleeping?

When I woke up I was still on my same spot of my bed like I hadn’t been dragged, but it was so real I have no idea how else to describe this. I also heard a snarling in my ear as I was dragged and it felt insanely real and instead of the shiver it was an intense energy and feeling on my back I don’t even know how to describe this. This probably just sounds like a bad dream to you but I have plenty of dreams, this was different I felt and heard whatever this thing was.

Im scared to go to bed tonight, of course my boyfriend just left for a trip literally 2 hours ago so I’m alone and feeling very paranoid.

I just used a ouija board for the first time two nights ago.. now this? idk. I believe in the paranormal, the ouija board proved it to me even more, but now what just happened to me I’m not sure how to process this.

how can I prevent this from happening again? I need to sleep tonight but honestly I’m scared.
