Is it my half asleep brain playing tricks on me, or actual paranormals?/u/Dry-Forever-9509

Very often I wake up in the middle of the night and see frightening things. I often have night terrors. I wake up screaming or crying, and hyperventilating. I am not a stressed out person, my life is great, so I don’t know what’s the cause of this.

The most terrifying thing was when I saw slndrm*n in my bedroom doorway about a month ago. I was too afraid to move.

Last night I woke up again, but the experience wasn’t scary. I saw a fairy on my fiancé’s shoulder, and I reached out to her, and she touched my finger. I swear I saw her so clearly, wings and all.

It’s very possible this all just my brain playing tricks on me. But I don’t know why it happens so often. Almost once a week. Are paranormals trying to contact me? And if so, is it with malicious intent?
