I clean a bank after hours and every evening there comes this very distinct steel machinery rumble noise, with clanking- I'm not sure how to describe it.-I only hear it upstairs, not in the basement and it sounds like it comes from the basement or outside. It sounds a bit like a dump truck emptying dumpsters, but the dumpsters are not empty after words. There is nothing in the basement to explain the noise. I don't hear it here, nor outside. No one else is there with me in the bank. It is fairly loud.
I don't know what to think of it. It was a little creepy at first but at first I didn't realize it wasn't a dumpster. By the time it's strangeness was more apparent, I was used to it. I have been cleaning for over a year their uneventfully.
No one can explain it.
