I'm hoping maybe someone can give me clarity as to what is going on with me. Long story short, from about 9 - 15, I grew up on base in a high rise tower that I believe was haunted. Idk if the whole building was haunted or just our unit. I had several experiences there I can't explain, from seeing shadows dart across my parents room to mine, to hearing whispering directly in my hear, to having stuff randomly go missing even though it was in a specific place, and to dreams that terrified me. I haven't lived in this place since 15, I'm almost 30 now but ever since we left, I've struggled with horrible graphic nightmares that always take place in that unit or around it. Idk why this place is still in my head, the dreams I have are very graphic and feels evil, not anything that I ever think about on the daily. Can anyone help me understand why this is still happening and why I every dream I have with this place is so negative and violent? Also if you've had any experiences with any of the things I've mentioned please I'd like to hear about it...I have yet to have an explanation for my experiences in this place
