For some context, my house is pretty old, made in the 1800s, and I've had many experiences with this, however, I've only seen it once, and my step brother also saw it only once but our descriptions match.
An all black man, almost a shadow, but 3d, with short hair, and visible facial features. Both times it has been seen it was seen the basement looking at the person who saw him.
I've had some other experiences, like, I was sitting in my living room when all of the sudden, my candle flew off my coffee table.
Or one time I was eating breakfast before work, which I usually do in the kitchen but it is attached to my living room, but I had a guest sleeping there, so I ate in the dinning room, in the farthest chair from the door as to not wake her up.
I only have one light on and that is in the room behind the dining room, the front door, as I'm eating I hear the light switch click, and then it goes dark.
I'm not scared so I get up to turn it on. And as I start moving to the room I feel an intense feeling of dread, one I haven't felt before for any of the experiences, so I get my phone light to turn it on instead.
None of the events scare me ever, but should I be scared?
