Ok so i feel like i've been seeing shadow people not recently, but mostly when im in the bathroom, i won't see one from the reflection of the mirror but when im looking at myself in the mirror ill notice something black or dark with the corner of my eye, i turn around and it's not their, i turn back to the mirror and i get freaked out just feeling the presence, hasn't happened in awhile but it'll freak me out enough to leave the bathroom immediately, also happens when im in my house by myself and its quiet when im sitting on a computer. im at work where theirs people and its noisy so it hasn't happened in awhile. im a 15 year old boy and i am interested in astral projection and the paranormal/supernatural. someone please explain to me if im seeing shadow people and if they don't always come in a shape of a person.
