Several days ago I had gone over to a friend's house to hang out. We watched a couple of movies. Then I drove home. When I got out of my vehicle, I pulled out my keyring from my coat pocket, but the key for my apartment wasn't on it. I reached back in my pocket, and it was there, but how could it have come out? It's hard to take keys out and put keys in it. It tears my fingernails when I try to hold it open enough to get the key started, and it hurts. It was in my coat pocket, which I set to the side, and only put it on when I left. This is the first time anything like this has happened. Has anyone else experienced this? It seems mundane, but I can't think of any plausible explanation.
