So last night my friend and I were enjoying our Saturday and staying up late. We had a few tequila shots throughout the night but neither of us were intoxicated at this point and were eating some food before bed. It was around 3:00am and we were getting ready for bed. I have a dog named Layla and wanted to take her outside to go potty before we headed off to sleep. We went outside and she did her business. When we came back inside my friend was sitting at the table eating chips and I was getting water in the kitchen. I said how ready for bed I am. I was watching friend literally putting chips into her mouth when we both heard HER voice say “right Layla!?” Both of our eyes widened and we looked at each other. She asked me if I heard that and I said yes and asked her if she said that and she said no. She couldn’t have before I saw her mouth open and she was eating. None of our pets acted scared or nervous and we didn’t feel a sinking feeling in our stomached but it was freaky.
Has anyone experienced anything like this or know what this might possibly be???
