I think my dead brother is trying to communicate with me./u/tdarn_96

So as the title says, I think my brother has been trying to communicate. He passed away in the fall of 2021 and it was a pretty complicated time.

A lot of hard feelings. Growing up we were never close. 7 year age gap with him being older, a shitty toxic home life with parents who had no idea how to help their child who was bipolar and it unfortunately wasn’t diagnosed until too late.

After he passed I was able to talk with one of his closest friends and she really brought a lot of things to light for me.

Without getting too into it she was able to tell me that he always wanted to be close with me he just didn’t know how and feeling like an outsider in the family made him just not want to be close to anyone.

Anyways back to the topic at hand, over the last few months where I keep his urn and Highschool Jersey, my husband has heard a very loud male scream at random times and it absolutely terrifies him.

Well it happened again tonight and after my husband went to bed I took it as an opportunity to have a chat with my brother.

Say things I’ve always wanted to say. Had a good cry. Idk if it’s really him trying to communicate or not but it felt good to talk to him and let it all out. I told him if he was trying to talk to me then I’d make it a point to do this more often and let him know what’s going on in life. I have absolutely no idea what happens after death but I hope he’s at peace finally after such a hard life.
