Help: Potentially haunted new apartment/u/JujceBox

Just a quick tad bit of 3rd opinion

I've recently moved into a new apartment (its an older building) and have had some seriously odd things happening

Since day 1, I've not been able to keep bread here, for more than 2-3 days before it is completely moldy, my fridge, is freezing drinks, even on the lowest setting, and I've had it serviced, the thermostat is fine and the electrics in this particular place are atrocious and unstable.

Then as of last night, I woke up at 5AM and went into anaphylactic shock, and I've never previously been through that before.

Then tonight at around 2:30AM myself and my roommates are in our rooms, they're KO'd and im just playing my PC, I see my door unlatched, so I get up, go out to see if its the room mates and they're asleep, and then I go and see the balcony door open, so I close and lock it

then after 10 minutes, my door is once again unlatched and the balcony door is not open, but unlocked.

Can someone explain why or what is causing all this?
