Hello. I am 48/m EMT and I have been targeted with secret government weapons technology research against my will since 2015. However recently I have had scary heavy paranormal activity in my small 1 bedroom apartment. I have seen this week alone. Moving objects, disembodied voices. A man whistling from my bedroom . Someone saying "hey" , Someone touches my shoulder. Someone jumping on my sofa. Lots of reflections, flashes of light, I have seen 2 apparitions. 1 was just a face of a girl phasing out next to me and the other was a 10 ft tall demon phasing out of view. I am getting shadow figures peeping around corners, some whispering, knocks. Heat spots & cold spots. I've got the whole 9 yards. It's rather terrifying because in 2015 I received my first and only telepathic message that told me in a man's voice I am going to hell. The thing is, is that it all feels like contrived and controlled holograms and electronic, psychological warfare. I don't really think I'm haunted. I feel like it's just another phase of the research. I am scared. I need ideas. I don't want to be scared. I am calm but confused. I know this all sounds unbelievable but it's absolutely my truth.
