How To Banish Negative Spirits and Energies/u/rainbowbody8

Greetings! I am a buddhist tantra yogi and meditation teacher with a fair amount of occult research and experience under my belt. There are a lot of posts on here about people being harassed or otherwise oppressed by negative spirits and energies. Anyone that has dabbled in the occult knows what a banishment ritual is, the most popular by far being the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram (aka. LBRP). If you don't know what a banishment ritual is, it's pretty much what you might expect - it is a ritual to clear out the unwanted energies of a space, usually for the purpose of conducting your own rituals thereafter, but also to expel unwanted entities from that space.

The most important aspects of a successful banishment effort are (1) purity of intention/motivation (you want the spirits/energies GONE and you sincerely want peace and harmony to flourish in the space), (2) a reliable method that inspires focus instead of splitting your attention with unnecessary complexity, and (3) appealing to a power greater than yourself. This third point is extremely important, not because you can't do it of your own power (you technically can), but because the greater powers exist on a plane "above" that of the oppressive forces as well as "above" the subtle machinations of the egoistic mind. Without (3), the success of aspects (1) and (2) are in significant jeopardy. These higher forces are of course what we consider "divine," and the two that I suggest are Isha Nath (Jesus of Nazareth) and Guru Rinpoche (Padmasambhava). Both of these achieved supreme enlightenment in their days on Earth and are therefore all-pervasive (not limited to time and space), and both were literally exorcists while they had bodies (somebody you want on your team, right?). You could also use Babaji, Krishna, Shakyamuni Buddha, and others, but JC and GR will get the job done.

Here is what to do with the above information:

Get some incense if you can, preferably frankincense, nagchampa or Amma's rose. Burning sage is okay, too.

Get your hands on some bells. I don't mean some Hobby Lobby decoration bell, but a bell that is meant to be struck or rung and hold the note. Ritual bells like tingsha cybals (this is what I use) or a puja are great. You want a bell that really cuts the air when you ring it.

For the purpose of (2) above, find a mala or a rosary.

Take a seat in the place you are clearing and put the incense between your hands in the position of prayer _/_ and bow with humility to the forces you are approaching for help. Acknowledge your sincere desire to be free and happy and at peace. Address the master of your choice by name, and speak your desire to them out loud and from the heart as if GR or JC can hear you (they can). Ask them to bless you and your home, and for their protection.

Light the incense and speak either NAMO GURU RINPOCHE or NAMO ISHA NATHA YE over the cherry with a long, steady voice (like a chant). Your voice should be strong enough to feel the vibration in your body. Let it vibrate the walls and even let it be musical if you can. This is serious business from the heart.

Next, set the lit incense in its holder and start chanting one of the above mantras on your mala/rosary. Do the whole mala and ring your bell as often as you'd like. By the end of this ritual, your space will be cleared of negativity.

Repeat as necessary throughout the house, and involve as many people in the exercise as you can.

That's it! Good luck and happy clearing _/_
