my boyfriend has had an overwhelming feeling of being watched recently and has been very one edge. he feels uneasy almost all of the time and is scared alot. he said that "last night I swear to God I seen a face at the side of my bed as soon as i looked at it it dropped" neither of us can explain this as he looked over the edge just in case something had dropped and there was nothing there. we've thought into paranormal situations, his nana died in his house so possibly a ghost situation? he walks me home every day and tonight he sent me a voice message (also on my reddit page) and it had a really creepy noise at the end that freaked him out. the noise is literally unknown to us and we're freaking out. we've thought about cars but it`s almost 11pm and he seen absolutely none. we have no main roads near us or anything. can anyone give us any help as to what's going on or what to do because he is so scared. literaly anything will help
