I think a ghost dislocated my knee/u/littlebitofme2

Hello,

This is going to sound weird but I don't know how else to explain it

Last night my boyfriend and I were drinking and listening to music. I was not drunk, had one beer only. We were standing, when my knee got suddenly dislocated.

I started screaming in agony due to pain, fell on the floor, and somehow managed to straighten my knee and put it back in place if it makes sense.

But then on my leg, around the knee, I noticed some gelatine-like white substance ??! We took it off with a painters knife but it kind of disappeared completely from the knife a couple minutes later when we wanted to check it.

I know this doesn't sound like a ghost but here is why I think it was a ghost:

How did my knee get dislocated just by standing?! It usually happens when people twist their legs, go running etc. But I was just standing, and while standing I could feel it move out of place, it was the weirdest thing ever. Note I am not overweight, I am averagely active etc. So it's weird af. I googled and found out about ectoplasm, could the white substance be that? How did it just disappear?? Where did it come from?! Three people died in my apartment complex in the past two months.

If it's a ghost, why would he attack me?

And if you think it's something else, what could it be?

Thanks!
