Hello all, I have so many experiences to share and have been asked to do so. I figured I would start with this one and see if I should continue on later.I call this the induction because after the experience I was suddenly open to the paranormal activity surrounding me.

I was 9 and my mother just remarried moving us to a new family home. It was a big beautiful home with a main level a basement and an attic. My mother and stepfather claimed the main level. My mother told us (the kids) all of our bedrooms were in the attic and she will not go up there unless she absolutely has to. I am the youngest so if course my sister and brother got there choose of room and I was left with a very small room connecting to my sister’s.

My siblings made friends quickly and had a bunch from before the move. I didn’t make friends that easily and didn’t really see any kids my age to play with so I wound up being at home alone allot because my parents worked as well. Within the first two weeks, I heard voices in my ear, had weird dreams about the house, would constantly see things moving right outside my field of vision, hear footsteps, doors open and close. You know all of usual trappings of a haunted house. Was I scared yes but considering my mother was physically and verbally abusive I had to keep it to myself.

One night my mother, sister, brother and myself were watching a movie in the family/front room (first floor).I suddenly noticed a dark figure darting around in the long hallway leading from the front room to the back of the main level with doors along the hallway leading to various rooms. The odd thing was that hallway light was off and still somehow I could tell somebody was in there but we were all in the living room. Again I didn’t say anything because of the abusive situation I had going on.I frantically looked at my siblings who were intently glued to the TV.I wasn’t sure why they weren’t noticing the figure it was as if either I was in a trance of they were.

Suddenly I felt sick to my stomach. It got so bad that I actually vomited.i was scared my mother would see and beat me so my only recourse was to go into the hallway and get a towel from the bathroom to clean it up. I was petrified because I had already noticed someone in the hall even though we were all in the front room.

I got up and walked to the hall entrance holding my breath so I wouldn’t scream. I closed my eyes and quickly moved down the hall and to the bathroom, where I immediately closed the door, locked it and turned on the light.I opened my eyes and was relieved that there was no one else in there with me. I wet a hand towel and clean myself off, wash my hands. My heart started pounding because I knew I once again had to make my way through the hallway to the front room. So again I close my eyes and quickly make my way to the front room. I make it with no issue and clean up my mess.I was almost down cleaning my mess when I got this really intense dizziness and headache. It was so bad the room was bobbing.I knew I was getting sick and had to lay down.

I now had to make my way back down the hall were the dark figure was, then through the two doors leading to the attic and up the stairs to my bedroom. I couldn’t close my eyes this time because I was dizzy already. I got up, stumbling and made my way to the hall entrance learning against the way. My eyes quickly surveyed the hall for the dark figure, gladly I couldn’t see anything. I start making my way down the hall as quickly as possible while leaning on the wall and reviewing every inch. Halfway there I see the dark figure directly on my side walking along with me, matching my pace. At first I gasped but the headache was getting worse and I knew I had to make it to my bedroom.I immediately thought okay it’s there but it’s not really doing anything but walking with me which is trauma inducing enough. I make finally get the first door, close it and open the attic door revealing the stairs. Two steps in and I suddenly fell to the stairs, in addition to being too dizzy to stand I hear overwhelming sounds and voices in not being able to make them out. I start crawling up the stairs as it seems the closer I made it to the attic landing the more difficult it got. At this point I was sweating, dizzy, overwhelmed by voices and the dark figure was quickly moving around me.I honestly don’t know how but I made it to the top of the landing still crawling. I had to pick myself up somehow to walk just a couple of feet from the landing into my bedroom and finally bed. I pick my head up but the figure it bend down and it’s face is directly in front of mine. I put my head down, collapse and close my eyes.

I don’t think I was completely out because I remember still hearing several overlapping voices. I remember feeling swishes of air, like a fan around my body and feeling weightless. This seemed to go on for awhile, still so the while those voices burrowed into me. I was finally able to open my eyes again and bitches l noticed that somehow I was now in my bed unsure of how I got there so I felt panicked. My bedroom was a solid light blue color which I could make out even at nighttime because of the streetlights that shined through my sister’s bedroom (I didn’t have any windows).I started hearing even more voices from every direction and suddenly I can see hands, faces, legs, arms and bodies slowly making their way to me from my blue walls. It seemed as if they were stretching the walls and taking upon the color of the wall. I tried to scream at this point but for some reason no sound would come out of me. I tried fruitlessly to move but was paralyzed. It seemed all I could do was move my eyes to see these hundreds of human like figures stretching through my wall to apparently get me. The closer they drew to me the more I felt I was going to die. At this point all I could see was many hands and faces directly over my face and body. They all paused briefly and seemed to look at each other for a moment and then bam they finally touched me.

I woke up they next morning in my bed with the safety of the sun beaming.I just laid there for awhile grateful that I somehow survived what I at the time could only describe as an attack by many human shaped ghost or entities.I apparently blackout when they got ahold of me and I don’t know what exactly happened but I was glad that it was over.I noticed I also felt better, didn’t have a headache and those voices weren’t there anymore. I thought great everything is normal it must have just been something I saw or imagined everything, you know anything to convince myself that it didn’t happen (rationalize).

Well it turns out I was so wrong. Many more encounters awaited my future self. I quickly discovered from that day forward I could now see and hear people that others can’t (ghost). I feel this somehow happened during the events described above so I see it as an initiation of sorts.

I know there are people who will think I am crazy and this couldn’t have happened. To those people I will say this, if I didn’t go through paranormal stuff since about 5 years old I would probably think the same way. Thinking that no of this is possible allows for you to feel safe and I don’t want to take that away from anybody. So if you feel better thinking this didn’t happen and I am crazy than good for you.I hope you don’t have any “weird” experiences that take away that feeling of safety for you. Much love to all.
