So about 2 weeks ago, I woke up in the middle of the night and when I opened my eyes, there was a woman, all black , with long black hair, standing at the end of my bed. I was definitely awake. I’ve never had sleep paralysis before and I could still move. I’ve never seen anything like this before. Then, a few nights ago, I woke up and I couldn’t breathe well. It wasn’t like anxiety where you’re hyperventilating or have shallow breath, it was like I was being choked. And the next morning when I woke up my throat hurt. This happened again the following night. After this, I started sleeping in a different room in my house, saged my whole bedroom and have been wearing black tourmaline around my neck for protection. Along with this, next week is the anniversary of my brother’s death, so I’m wondering if this is not a coincidence.
Does anyone have any insight on why this might be happening? Or how I can protect myself from this shadow woman? Anything would be greatly appreciated
