Okay so, I don’t expect you to believe me. I just need to get this out of my mind because this has been bothering me for some quite while now. I’m a rational guy and I don’t believe in paranormal encounters. This happened maybe 8-10 years ago. I was on my late teens when this happened so I trust my memory on telling this story.
There was a family of 4 that moved in to our neighborhood. I couldn’t figure out where they we’re originally from but they look like asian and hispanic at the same time. They’re very good looking people. I can’t explain but you can say they’re very attractive. I have not seen them go out or talk with other people and I think it’s odd that they go out all together almost every night. The 2 members look like a couple and the other 2 look like mother and her teenage kid. I wasn’t quite sure if the teenage kid is a boy or a girl. But they (he/she) look very attractive in a way i couldn’t explain. They have a short silk black hair but not very short with pitch black eyes and a sad body posture like in a weak demeanor. At that time, i thought he/she’s a bit weird.
It was night and I was practicing/running around the block preparing for some school competition. On my way home, I saw the weird kid sitting in their front yard and they were holding a water bottle/tumbler. I said hi and they just nodded so I didn’t try to make conversation and I headed home.
I never really talked to the family but they stayed in our city for at least 5 years (not quite sure). Then I heard from my parents that this family are moving to a different country due to their jobs. I didn’t asked my parents a lot about them because I guess I was too busy with teenage stuff (sports, girls, etc.) before but looking back I wished I asked about them more.
So, fast forward to this day. I moved to this country (not going to disclose this – for my anonymity) and I saw the kid sitting alone at my local coffee shop. Again, I’m a rational/logical guy but when I saw them again, I got chills all over my body. Same posture, still very good looking and still young but dressed maturely. I don’t know if he or she remembered me but i looked older now.
I don’t know maybe this story doesn’t mean anything. Maybe I’m just paranoid. But I did asked my parents about the family and they don’t remember them so I guess this is a dead end story.
