My brother passed away on December 24, 2021. He was murdered and it has hit my whole family pretty hard. He was my half brother, we used to be close when we were kids but I’ve not seen him in the last 10 years because he got in trouble a lot. A few days after his funeral, I had a dream that he hugged me, told me he’s okay and walked away. Then a few days later, his mom has a dream that he told her he’s okay. Then my grandma. I’ve never once had a dream about my brother, but since then weird stuff has been going on. My dad heard someone pounding on our door when no one was around, and that same night my brother’s mom and step dad heard the exact same thing and again no one was there. I was wondering if my dream really was him saying his goodbyes or what it could’ve been. I don’t know where else to go on reddit, please feel free to direct me to other subreddits. When that all happened something in the air felt restless. We aren’t scared of it, but it isn’t happy necessarily. The only person who hasn’t had a dream or encounter since his death is my mom who he has no direct relationship to other than just a step mom. I miss my brother so much and I just wanna know if he’s okay and if he may stick around.
