Host Kevin Randle and friendly arch-skeptic Robert Sheaffer discuss Things Current in the UFO world. Sheaffer’s examination of the Philip J. Klass Collection at the American Philosophical Library indicates Klass never offered Steve Pierce $10,000 to recant his backing of the Travis Walton abduction story. Sheaffer also believes Karl Pflock was first to suggest the event was hoaxed by Walton and crew chief Mike Rogers upon their logging crew colleagues. Kevin well summarizes the other topics covered, but the dialogue has good details, including a more recent study that might weaken Avi Loeb’s thesis about ‘Oumuamua’s artificial origins. Next, MADAR Detections launches from a September 8 Fran Ridge sensory network visual and compass heading detection of a flying triangle to Kevin considering that shape’s recent UFO history. We add that David Marler’s Triangular UFOs: An Estimate of the Situation is the comprehensive treatment of that geometrical category. Then UFO Pictures and Cell Phones is Kevin’s riposte to the standard skeptical complaint about no good UFO videos. Not sure the vids are that great, though. And Kevin has an interesting piece about Longer Duration Sightings. The final “combo-experience” is quite intriguing. (WM)– Delivered by Feed43 serviceTHE ANOMALIST
